My purpose and passion is to continue to help others live with optimal health, harmony and ease. I love life and appreciate everything and everyone. Health is my highest value, I take great care of my health without needing to be 'perfect'. We all have highs, lows, stops, starts and pauses....I honour them - they are there to teach us.
A little background history Prior to training in EFT and coaching, I worked for Contiki Travel as a PA/Office Manager, where I met my husband. Whilst taking a career break to have my children I studied psychology and child development through the Open University.
