Phil is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a full member of the British Psychological Society. All our consultants abide by the code of practice and competence - available from the BPS.
Phil has been Managing Director of both small and large commercial companies before developing an interest in consultancy. He has a BSc in Psychology (1st class hons), an MSc in Organizational Psychology, and a PhD in Psychology and Marketing - in the area of Service Quality and Leadership Style.
