We provide Home Information Packs for all homes and can tailor the packs to include as much or as little information for your prospective buyers as you require which might include:

- Floor plans

- Home contents included in the sale

- Local information (i.e. doctors, dentist contact detail and local schools)

- Relevant information on heating boilers (i.e. servicing records)

Basic packs can start from as low as £240.00, but we will always quote you first. Due to the new local council search introduced form the 6th April 2009 prices differ as councils charge differing amounts. For instance Fylde BC charge £92.00 for the same search that Blackpool BC charge £29.00, so we find it impossible to offer a standard flat rate for HIP packs in our local area.
