Pine Lodge is a beautiful Victorian built Guest House situated in a sunny sheltered location away from the road on the West Lyn Valley but only a short stroll to the centre of Lynton Village.

Pine Lodge enjoys a frontal view of the thickly wooded hillside on the Watersmeet estate. From this idyllic vantage point we can watch the seasons change from the delicate greens of early spring through the warm summer colours to the autumnal tints at the year’s end.

Our landscape gardens are open to all our guests where they can relax to enjoy the spectacular views and watch the vast amount of bird life, which are attracted to the garden.

We can safely boast a lovely AA 4 star graded Guest House, which welcomes our guests with a warm and friendly atmosphere to help you relax and enjoy your stay.
