As an experienced psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and intuitive life coach, Ann offers a fully comprehensive wellbeing service. Ann has worked in the NHS, in Primary Care, as a psychotherapist and counsellor for the past fifteen years.
She also has a thriving private practice and has run various courses, including mindfulness, communication skills, stress reduction and sleep programmes. Ann is also trained in treating chronic fatigue and fybromyalgia with an approach that includes mind/body re-balancing.
