Tony Beales, chef and proprietor of Beales Gourmet has an illustrious background. Having trained for three years at Bournemouth and Poole College, he then spent three years in London continuing his training at establishments such as Harrods, Hyatt Carlton Towers and working for Anton Mossiman’s outside catering company.
