I work with LH Quarry Plant Ltd and one of my roles is soon to be maintaining our website and ensuring it is of a good standard. Unitel Direct have redesigned our website with excellent results and although it is still a work in progress we feel happy with what has been achieved so far.

Recently I have had been dealing with with Paul Newman and Gareth Hume from Unitel and it is as a result of these encounters that I am contacting you.

I would like to thank you for the effort and dedication these guys have shown, especially during site visits. I have met with them three times now, once here at our premises and twice at the Unitel offices, and I could not have hoped to have been dealing with a nicer pair of gentlemen. They are a pleasure to deal with, show excellent manners and people skills and also demonstrate a level of care that is unfortunately lacking in a lot of today's business sectors.

I was a little worried about learning to use a new web maintenance system and expressed this once in an email. Paul took the time to ring me and reassure me about this and together both Paul and Gareth have explained to me how to use Wordpress. Whether I have actually learned anything from them, time only will tell. Gareth too shows a level of care and dedication to achieving what we aim and hope for with our website.

I am grateful to Unitel for assigning such professionals to our redesign project. These two gentlemen are a credit to Unitel Direct. They are polite, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with and I hope that this relationship between our companies continues. I look forward to watching the continued progress as our website develops and hope to see great results from the new design.

It was January 1995 that we first invested in a website and so much has happened since then that the old website was totally outdated and badly required updating.
